Jacht is a full-service advertising agency in Lincoln, Nebraska. Every Jachter is a student of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln who is dedicated to exploring creative ingenuity and creating high-quality work for clients as well as for the agency.
Leadership and Graphic Design
I was accepted into the agency as a graphic designer for the Fall 2022 semester, working with print and a broad spectrum of digital media, such as web, email, and social. Subsequently, I had the honor of being promoted as their 1st Art Director of design for the Spring 2023 semester.

Along with client work, I did design work for numerous internal projects for the agency itself. Below are some notable campaigns I was a part of, most of much are being used as evergreen templates even now that I’ve graduated from Jacht.

Successful Recruiting
My team changed the game for our recruitment campaigns, which resulted in the agency receiving the most number of applicants during my time than any other period. I designed interactive graphics for print and digital promotions that deviated from our traditional “Apply Now” posters.
Part of our success was creating fun ways of promoting Jacht, especially on social media. For example, I designed a bingo card activity for Jachters to fill out and post to their Instagram stories. This idea was noticed by other companies on LinkedIn as well!

Final Presentation
Revamp—The Jachtys
My biggest contribution to this event was transforming Jacht’s execution of the Final Presentation into an award show called The Jachtys.
Implementation
While preparing for the Spring 2023 broadcast, I redesigned every relevant graphic to fit the new theme which my committee came up with. I also repurposed the main graphic to use for banners, backdrops, and digital signage.
Success
My deliverables are now templates that the agency is planning on reusing. The difference can be seen compared to the the Fall 2022 Final Presentation, which utilizes Jacht’s brand guide more traditionally. Final Presentation Committee
I was part of the Final Presentation committee for both of the live broadcasts I participated in, which were in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 presentations. I designed promotional content, invites, slide decks, client work mock-ups, and organized visuals for our bi-yearly livestream presentation of accomplishments.
Jacht T-Shirt
Fall 2022 Agency Shirt
I came up with the design for Jacht’s Fall 2022 t-shirt design. These t-shirts were distributed to the entire agency, and Jachters were able to raise students’ awareness of the experiences and career possibilities that Jacht can provide.
The shirt incorporates a clean, modern style that expresses Jacht’s bold tone. The design is stylish enough to incorporate into daily outfits, which is a great way to promote Jacht in a more subtle and genuine way. Jachters ended up wearing the shirt frequently and enjoyed the look.
